We understand that effective management is much more than just pushing trolleys around. Our porters collect idle trolleys swiftly to make them available to customers, for efficient trolley utilisation.

Through our regular on-site inspections we ensure effective quality control.
Our porters are trained to provide the following service:

• Ensuring that the trolleys do not remain in the car park for long periods of time and that no trolleys leave the premises.
• That there are sufficient numbers of trolleys at entrances all times.
• Trolleys are cleared of litter.
• No broken trolleys that are returned for use in the store
• Trolley counts and status reports weekly or monthly as per your requirements.
• Cleaning and maintenance of trolleys. ( HYDRAU-CLEANING on request)
• Effective customer relations.
• Presentable, uniformed workforce.
